Purpose:
The series equipment is suitable for extruding tubes,road, wires, etcproducts of coppers and their alloys.
1. The machine has a four-column horizontal structure consisting of top-mounted oil tank,well-laid hydraulic piping and integrating electrical system.
2. Mobile beam can be located at four positions and centre-adjusted. Reasonable design of tools and moulds can greatly reduce production cost.
3.Different extruding process can be set to produce tubes having different bores with the way of following and fixed piecer.
4.Large flow ratc plug-in valve system used in hydraulic unit results in a good seal and low temperature risc.
5 PLC dcviccs from Japan Mitsubishi arc of reliability and sensitivity.
